Our Dud Exchange Policy outlines the simple process and conditions for exchanging non-working fireworks, ensuring you get the experience you paid for.
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchange Policy
Defective or Non-Working Items (Duds): If your item arrives defective or non-functional (a dud), please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide a replacement.
Incorrect Products Shipped: If we mistakenly ship the wrong product to you, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will promptly send a replacement.

To initiate an exchange:
