Operators Wanted

PhatboyFireworks.ca, Canada's leading Fireworks retailer operates seasonal retail locations throughout Ontario and is seeking outgoing and enthusiastic candidates to manage our Victoria Day & Canada Day Sales in various locations or we have franchise opportunities for existing business.
 
This is a great opportunity for the entrepreneurial person to get a taste of what it means to run their own business. You will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment and will gain a wealth of experience in just a few weeks time. You will be challenged and rewarded and will earn good money during each 7-10 day period.   This is also an excellent opportunity for existing businesses to carry a new line of products with high profit margin. All products are a guaranteed sales, so there is no risk.

During 2 sales periods in May (Victoria Day) & June (Canada Day), you will assist us to achieve top results by providing:

• Excellent customer service
• The desire to achieve or surpass expected sales goals
• The ability to work independently and oversee others
• Strong organizational skills, including tight control of money
• Strong verbal communication skills
• must be willing to work long hours

EXPERIENCE:
      The ideal candidate will have:

• Some experience using a cash register or POS System and with handling money in a retail environment
• Some familiarity with Consumer Fireworks is helpful but not essential (we will train)
• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
• Having your own vehicle or at least a valid driver's license and a vehicle
• You must be punctual, attentive and conscientious about your work

REMUNERATION:
      Combination of a guaranteed Contract paying $1,350 + Additional Commission

DATES & HOURS:

• Training is for 2-3 days in beginning of May
• Sale Event Hours are from 10am-9pm daily from May 08-18 2020 and June 24-July 1 2020, with a day on either side of each sale for set-up and tear-down
